Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to pack and dispatch your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard Shipping
- US Orders: 3–5 Business Days.
- Cost: $5.99 (Free for orders over $50).
Expedited Shipping
2–Day Express: $15.00 (Orders placed before 12 PM EST).
International Orders

We currently ship to Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries.
- International Shipping: 7–14 Business Days.
- Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ritual. If it’s not a perfect match, we’ll make it right.
We know that finding the right shade or formula online can be tricky. That’s why we offer a 30-day window to try your products.
The Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item (even if gently used) for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Return:

- Enter your Order # and Email.
- Download your prepaid shipping label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest post office.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
ARRIVED DAMAGED?
Let us fix it immediately.
If your package arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please email us at hello@brainecom.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your Order Number.
- A photo of the damaged item/box. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
